Terms of use
Last updated 9 September 2026
Using Smoothly Run
Smoothly Run is a shared trip-planning tool. By using it, you agree to these terms. The service is provided by Aonghas Anderson, trading as Smoothly Run.
Shared trips and links
You are responsible for the links and trip codes you share. People with access to a trip may be able to see and change its contents. Keep links private when a trip contains personal information, and remove access or delete the trip when it is no longer needed.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you add. You give us the limited permission needed to store, synchronise, display, and make that content available to the participants you invite. You must have the right to share anything you upload or link to.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to:
- break the law or infringe someone else’s rights;
- upload harmful, abusive, or unlawful material;
- interfere with the service or attempt to gain unauthorised access; or
- use the service to send spam or collect information about others without permission.
Travel information
Smoothly Run is a planning tool, not a travel provider. Check venue information, routes, opening times, safety guidance, visas, insurance, and bookings with the relevant provider before relying on them. Map, search, and linked third-party content may be incomplete or change without notice.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Offline features depend on your device, browser, and whether the relevant trip data has been downloaded.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any legal right that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, Smoothly Run is not responsible for losses arising from travel arrangements, third-party information, or the availability of the service.
Changes and ending access
We may change, suspend, or end the service when reasonably necessary. We may update these terms; if a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to tell you. You can stop using the service at any time.
Contact and governing law
Contact aonghas@hax.codes with questions. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
